Booking Policy

The Booking Policy requires a 24-hour notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment on or before 24 hours prior to the appointment time, a 50% credit will be given towards your next scheduled appointment (credit can only be carried over once). However, if you fail to provide proper notice, your payment will not be refunded and cannot be used for any future appointments.

First-time Clients

To ensure the best possible Reiki experience and to ensure it is safe and appropriate to proceed with the treatment, a 10 minutes Zoom consultation will be scheduled a week before your appointment.

 Please complete and return the intake and consent forms before your appointment.  The intake form helps us understand your physical, emotional, and mental state while the consent form outlines our policies and procedures.  Please note that we cannot proceed with the session without the completed and signed forms.  To access the intake and consent forms, simply click on the button below.
